Description:

The Oxytetracycline ELISA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with oxytetracycline in the sample, anti-oxytetracycline antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color. The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the oxytetracycline concentration of the samples is derived. The Oxytetracycline ELISA Kit is competitive ELISA for the qualitative or quantitative analysis of oxytetracycline samples of honey and milk.
