Description:

The Tetracyclines ELISA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with

tetracyclines in the sample, anti-tetracyclines antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color. The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the tetracyclines concentration of the samples is derived. The Tetracyclines ELISA Kit is competitive ELISA for the qualitative or quantitative analysis of tetracyclinesin samples of honey and milk.
