Description:

Furazolidone Metabolite ELISA Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Furazolidone Metabolite antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Furazolidone Metabolite antibody (Antibody Solution) with Furazolidone Metabolite in the sample, Furazolidone Metabolite antibody binds to the Furazolidone Metabolite Enzyme Conjugate. After the color development of TMB Substrate, the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with the Furazolidone Metabolite contained in it. Compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the content of Furazolidone Metabolite in the sample can be calculated. Qualitative or quantitative analysis of Furazolidone Metabolite in animal tissue (chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, duck, bullfrog).
