Operation Procedure:

1) Place the swabs at room temperature to reach ambient temperature (21-25°C) before performing the test. Hold the top of the swab tube and gently twist the swab out of the tube (do not pull the tube straight out!). 

2) Use the cotton tip for sampling, wipe the surface of the object evenly, rolling and wiping in a Z shape, wiping an area of about 10*10cm. After sampling, put the cotton tip back into the swab tube. (For irregular surfaces, ensure the swabbing technique remains consistent for each test and swab a large enough area to collect a representative sample). 

3) Break the snap valve, squeeze the bulb to expel all the liquid down to the swab shaft, bath the cotton tip in the liquid by shaking for 10 seconds. 

4) Wait 10 minutes at room temperature, compare the color of reagent in the tube to the color chart on the tube label and record the result. Most color changes take place in less than 60 seconds.
