NHS Activated Chromrose® is a biophilic chromatographic separation medium formed by activating highly cross-linked agarose microspheres with NHS. The product retains the excellent hydrophilicity and large network structure of agarose, and has good compatibility with bioactive macromolecules. It is characterized by high loading capacity, low non-specific adsorption, fast flow rate, ease of use, mild coupling conditions, and high coupling efficiency. The activated agarose gel can gently react with amino groups and is especially suitable for coupling functional biomolecules such as antibodies, streptavidin, enzymes and nucleic acids.
Application Scenarios: Activation intermediate for coupling ligands.
