Protein L is suitable for the purification of some antibody samples that cannot bind to Protein A. It has a high dynamic adsorption load for antibody fragments that do not contain the Fc Protein L Chromrose® 4FF is used for the purification of antibodies and antibody fragments containing the K light chain (Fab, ScF, Dab, etc.). Protein L Chromrose® 4FF is used for the purification of antibodies and antibody fragments containing K light chains.
