Protein A Chromrose® 4FF is a highly cross-linked agarose gel matrix coupled with highly alkali resistant Protein A, with the following characteristics:
1. High Alkali Resistance: It can withstand O.lMNaOH for in-situ cleaning; it has excellent physicochemical stability, and the ligand is not easy to be detached, so it has a long service life.
2. High loading capacity: dynamic loading up to 60mg human IgG/mL media.
