Gel Filtration Chromatography, also known as Volume Exclusion Chromatography (VEC), is a method of separating biomolecules based on the differences in molecular size and shape, with large molecules flowing out first and small molecules flowing out second due to spatial exclusion. Due to the spatial exclusion effect, large molecules flow out first and small molecules flow out second. Particle size and pore size are the key factors controlling the sequential outflow, and different Gel Filtration Chromatography media have different ranges of molecular weights to be separated.

1. highly cross-linked agarose as a substrate, so that its mechanical properties are greatly enhanced, the flow velocity is particularly fast, suitable for industrial scale production.

2. After de-charging treatment, the non-specific adsorption is extremely low and the recovery rate is high.

3. can withstand 1~2 M NaOH for in-situ cleaning, high chemical stability, can be used for a variety of pro-solvent, organic solvent work.

Application Scenario: For the separation and purification of proteins, nucleic acids and peptides downstream of biopharmaceuticals and bioengineering. Application scenarios: Application for purification of proteins, enzymes, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, plasmids, etc.
