Chromrose® FF series ion exchange media are based on highly cross-linked agarose and SP/Q/CM/DEAE as ligands. They are characterised by high flow rate, low backpressure and high loading capacity, and can be well used for the separation and purification of recombinant proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, viruses, virus-like particles, polysaccharides and other biomolecules.
